In the last month I have gone home three weekends, but for good reasons! The first was labor day and honestly who would want to spend three days here!? I took one of my hall friends home with me and showed her Spokane. Then i went home alone the next weekend for the rabbit show at the Spokane interstate fair grounds, which we did really well at! Then the last weekend I went and discovered where my friend Katie lives on the WSU campus and took her home with me. That night we (Katie, her mom, my mom, and I all went to a Hinder concert at the fair. It was intense! I believe i can speak for us and and sway we all had a great time! The next day I went on an adventure through CDA to find Kristen's moms house, which ended up being easy. Kristen and Louie had their wedding party in CDA and it was a BLAST! I loved the decorations and the party. Her moms speech was super adorable and memorable. I loved that there were camp people there because I honestly only know the others from facebook pictures or blogger pictures.

While I have been down here I have discovered a few things that I am now involved in. I am in the Womens mentoring program and my mentor is super cool! A grad school SWE girl who is a Mechanical Engineer. I also joined SWE (society of women engineers) with a bunch of the girls on my floor. Right now we are planning women in engineering day for November of this year. It should be fun! I am also in ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) where i am working on the concrete canoe team. Last weekend in fact we went to a reservoir by troy and went canoeing. It was fun!
Great Blog! You really need to capitalize your cities and towns. Love mom!
